It is used as a permanent backing and is ideal for delicate fabrics as well as light colored garments and fabrics. The translucent nature of this stabilizer eliminates the bulk, stiffness and shadowing characteristic of other types of permanent stabilizers. Light to medium weight knits, jersey, cashmere, wool crepe, silk, satin, silky polyesters, rayon, crepe de chine, nylon, batiste voile, stretch denim, sweatshirt fabric, polar fleece, terry cloth and microfibre. Some applications might require an additional layer of stabiliser.
